Asked by MPs, if the snow removal contracts were signed, Aliu decitically said: “contrats for snow are signed. I don't know if they were signed yesterday or Friday”.
Despite this minister's statement, at least four contracts have not been signed yet, and most likely the minister does not know, since the deputy minister, Hysen Dumrish, is taking over. The ministry has had tender problems and three of its contracts are in re-evaluation, while one will tender from the start. Thus, part of Mitrovica will remain without maintaining even a few months if the ministry does not decide to make any more negotiating contracts. /Periscopi/
