So writes veteran Slovenian journalist Bojan Pozar, leader of the political show “Ura moči” (“Power Clock”) on TV Planet and founder of the pre-plotting information-political medium “Pozareport”.
Albanian Post has contacted Pozar, with whom the AP had conducted an interview at the time Kosovo Ambassador Martin Berisha's scandal erupted in Croatia.
Pozar has indicated to the AP that there are information that say a fraction of the 600 thousand euros Berishaj received from the Slovenian power company GEN-I, the Belgrade branch, have ended up in Kosovo, in close circles with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
“A part of the Belgrade branch money reportedly came to Kosovo at the time in Prime Minister Albin Kurti”'s narrow circle, Pozar points out.
But it doesn't all end here.
According to Pozar ʹ one of the most famous journalists and producers in Slovenia, the Serbian Intelligence Service had known about these transactions and their address.
Serbian Security Intelligence Agency “BIA reportedly knew”, Pozar says.
When the scandal first broke out exclusively on Slovenian television TV Planet, in April of this year before the elections in Slovenia and the tight race between Janez Jansha and Robert Golob, a part of the media there had refused to address the information, viewing it as a pre-election political struggle.
Gorob then won the elections and defeated Janshan, until Ambassador Berishaj was protected by the president of state and foreign affairs minister in Kosovo.
Vjosa Osmani and Donika Gervala said they fully trust Berisha and his purity.
Later, as would be accepted by Berisha himself, who reported to the Parliamentary Commission, was understood to be the owner of the company. MB Consulting, that he has accepted the money from GEN-I branch in Belgrade and that he was committed to consulting this company, although he is not an expert in the field of energy.
Asked what went into effect the advice of a political science professor to a company that runs energy trade, Berisha had prepared an answer that explains nothing.
So as I said, GEN-I company is one of Europe's most prestigious energy trading companies. And that company has taken people who... as advisers, of course I have a deal with them, unless they get to scholarships based on information, information... which is information, suppose information is...”, Berisha said.
But, until in Kosovo with Berisha's interview, it seemed that the controversy of this case was over, in Slovenia it has only begun to take on even greater media size.
All after the investigation of the bodies of order there and the resignation of Interior Minister Tatyana Bobnar by Robert Golob's government.
According to Pozar, Bobnar, former employee of the rule forces in Slovenia, has investigated the case and handed out material to the State Prosecutor.
“All police documentation concerning this investigation is said to have been handed over by Interior Minister in resignation Tatjana Bobnar to State Prosecutor”, he says.
According to the article that has published Pozar in “Postaport”, some sources estimate that Gorob will find it very difficult to stop this investigation even if it quickly replaces ♫ half of the police.
“Search Against GEN-I and Robert Golob, headed by the State Prosecutor's Office, confirm at least two things: That media findings published prior to the April 2022 parliamentary elections had nothing to do with any discrediting of the current prime minister and Movement for Freedom, but for serious journalistic work”, writes Pozar and second: “These relatives in our country disappeared miraculously overnight, after the April elections, just because the media didn't report to them, but, as we then warned in the Power Hour on TV Planet, they didn't disappear from the files on the police-intelligence structures”.
Pozar even on April 23rd, when he was interviewing Albanian Post, had declared that “ai (Martin Berishaaj) is the principal actor of this confession”.
“He is the founder of the aforementioned company ( MB Consulting, he accepted the money and he transferred the money away from”, showing Pozar.
TV Planet published documents showing that a transfer of money has been made by the GEN-I energy company, the branch in Belgrade to the Kosovo Ambassador Martin Berisha's company, the UK Consulting, and then it has attracted money and sent to Slovenia to politician Robert Golob, who has later sent it to a stock in Italy.
Pozar had then indicated that by the time all of this happened, “Robert Golobi was the chairman of the Board of the state-owned Slovenian energy company. Later, it is thought that Robert Golobi has invested these money in several Italian financial funds, which enable investors to avoid anonymity”.
History of scandal, reactions in Kosovo
Slovenian TV media Planet reported that a Balkan energy company GEN-I, branch in Serbia, transferred money to the company MB Consulting, whose owner is Martin Berishaaj. He pulled the money from his accounts and handed it to Gorob in cash.
Berisha was declared only on Facebook then. Pat denied it had to do with money laundering, but did not deny that he owned the Montenegrin company and also denied payments from the GEN-I electricity company, the branch in Serbia.
Despite the pre-election campaign in Slovenia and last night's confrontation between leading political acts, Mr. Jansha and Mr. Jansha Golob, where the writing of Planet TV concerning my name was denied, from today, my indictment against the portal in question, paves the way for the last word for court”, Berisha said on Facebook.
In the past, before entering politics, Golob was director of the same company in Slovenia.
GEN-I is the largest electricity company in the Balkans. There is suspicion that it is involved with Serbian electro-mafian.
Albanian Post had later realised that there are two companies in Kosovo owned by Martin Berisha. This is company “Myloja L.L. C.” and “Zaslon Kosova L. L.C.”
Berishaaj in these companies had Slovenian partners, even those suspected of cavemen in the past in Slovenia.
Kosovo's president once questioned by reporters said that “we trust our ambassador” in his innocence.
Later, the presidency issued an official communiqué, saying it has called the ambassador to come to Kosovo and report on the case.
Since then, it has not been understood whether Berisha had come to report to the president, has it?
Albanian Post also conducted an interview with Slovenian journalist Primoz Cirman. He said the scandal was fabricated by Janez Jansha (the current prime minister of Slovenia), while Berisha was his friend, but sacrificed by making it part of the scandal to benefit themselves.
Cirman confirmed that “according to our sources, the basis of these information is that Mr Berishaj was the mediator for the GEN company for trade in Kosovo and Albania. There was a local mediator even paid with a sum, or commission, depending on the amount the company had sold. Why do you mention this company now, because this company was led by Golob, who is now a candidate for prime minister and is now leading according to polls, and seems to have great chances of forming a government coalition and Golub becoming prime minister. So this is the context”.
Kosovo Government spokesman Progress Kryeziu had published a status in his Facebook account saying that “should be careful about claims that, apart from being denied by the ambassador, are being made under an electoral race in another country”.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said he feels the same way the government spokesman has given the comment and failed to answer the question that “should be dismissed Berisha?
The InFokus portal later published a scripture showing how the GEN-I office company in Belgrade, which included the name of Kosovo Ambassador to Croatia Martin Berisha, has received millions of euros from the state budget, right at the time of energy collapse.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo came out with a statement to the media saying they have known something about this scandal, but did not believe there were top Kosovo officials so deeply involved.
They said this is why the Vetevendosje Movement is not allowing the establishment of a commission that would reveal what happened to government subsidies for the purchase of electricity in crisis time.
Later, the commission was established. Berishajaj after a postponement, came to the report, but the thing was understood.
Commission members asked him about most of the allegations, but most of the answers raised only new doubts.
In conclusion, Berisha concluded the meeting and was believed that everything about this case was over until news in Slovenia resumed, that Slovenian prime minister himself is being investigated, let me guess Berisha.
