The head of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation mission in Kosovo (OSBE), Michael Davenport, said the opportunity to reduce tensions and focus on dialogue must be exploited.
“Welcome the decision of President Osmani and political party leaders to postpone holding municipal and municipal assemblies in northern Kosovo. Everyone should use this opportunity to reduce tensions and focus on dialog”, he has said.
The decision to postpone the elections has also welcomed the QUINT countries and the EU ambassador to Kosovo.
