From the Serbian List it is said to be the best example of an autocratic, dictatorial, anti-unconstitutional illegal”.
“Concretically, with this appointment, Albin Kurti has violated Article 96, paragraph 5 of the Constitution, where it says that the appointment of a minister from the ranks of the Serbian people, who are not deputies, should be consented to the majority of Serbian deputies, whom Albin Kurti has not done, nor Rassic has the support of our deputies”, reports the Serbian List's response, <2>Kovo Online<3>.
The Serbian list has said that this “action shows how important it has been to verify the mandates of Serbian List deputies”.
This shows how strategically important it was to verify the mandates of Serbian List deputies, and not to allow some Kurti Serbs to decide for the interests of the Serbian people”, the Serbian List has said.
Rassic has replaced him in the post of minister Goran Rakicin, who had resigned three weeks earlier.
