According to the prosecution, he allegedly participated in works related to mistreatment, torture, robbery, murder of civilians, and the violent deportation of Vushtrri residents during 1999.

“Special Prosecutor's allegations consist of the fact that the defendant S.T. Along with other uniformised persons has participated in the military offensive of 06.04.1999, in the village of Reznik, the Vushtrri municipality, and in the offensive of the date 02.05.1999, in the town of Vushtrria”, it was said in the statement.
