To this scripture, he has reacted Thaci's former adviser, Artan Behrami, calling this Borrell's statement a lie.

Legally, neither the Prosecutor is the mechanization of the EU, but virtually so.
Borrell's statements testify once again to the extreme politicisation of the judicial process, with which they are trying to create an artificial balance between victims and aggressors.
