Rape of 11-year-olds is being filed against five people.

In the case of the 11-year-old girl's violation in Pristina, Pristina's Pristina prosecution has filed charges against Ekrem Rexhepi (26 year), Shkelm Kamer (19-year-old) and three other minors. The 11-year-old girl was allegedly raped for about seven hours in a row on August 27th of 2022. The event that shocked Kosovo had started in the park in the neighbourhood of “Arberia” in Pristina to continue at another unknown location. Since then, five people were placed in custody.

The Pristina Constitutional Department for Mitur announced today that after their investigation and expansion, the collection and analysis of evidence, today it has filed charges against five people -- “E.R. and the U.S., as well as against three minors, involved in the case that occurred in August 2022, against 11 years old, which are located in <x1.

According to the indictment, “defendant E.R. is charged with criminal acts “The sex services of trafficking victim”, from Article 228 paragraph 7 concerning KPRK's paragraph 1 and “Trafficking with people”, from Article 165 paragraph 2 connect to KPRK paragraph 1, while defendant Sh.K., in charge of criminal work “The sex services of the victim of trafficking”, from Article 228 paragraph 7 concerning KPRK chapter 1,”, the prosecution reports.

Also, one of the minors is tasked with criminal acts “Dunium”, from Article 227 paragraph 8 concerning paragraph 7 and KPRK paragraph 4, “Trafficking with people”, from Article 165 paragraph 2 concerning KPRK paragraph 1 and “You have children's use in pornography<6>, from Article 232 par. Meanwhile, the other two minors are charged with criminal acts “Dunium”, by Article 227 paragraph 8 concerning paragraph 7 and KPRK paragraph 4, and for criminal work “Child use in pornography”, from Article 232 paragraph 1 concerning KPRC's paragraph 2”, the report says.

The minor was suspected to have been violated and trafficked even in June this year, and in this case, the prosecution says “is in the process of conducting investigations, giving priority until the final epilog of this case”.
