In her last-year speech in the Kosovo Assembly, Osmani said this situation is “due to territorial claims Serbia has against Kosovo, which he expresses through financing of criminal structures”.
Osmani said that the <x0 ... criminal gangs will not be able to dominate the desire of our citizens, even those in the north, to live free in their homeland, in Kosovo”.
They, Osmani said, like law enforcement.
But let's just make it clear that this is the way we don't stray from and that we'll never give up. They will face justice for criminal acts against constitutional order, as well as for the intimidation of the threat our citizens are making, said the president.
The head of state said Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq well knows that the Serbian Army can never return to Kosovo.
Serbia and its leader, Vuciq, well knows that the presence of the Serbian Army took once and for all June 12th 1999, when NATO troops broke the backbone of Serbia's hegemonist idea for a Kosovo without Albanians, where extermination was their genocide goal”, she said.
Osman has thanked the police, security officials and intelligence officials for the work they are doing.
