Isaac Sfeqla, the very man wanted by Kosovo Police, has been warned from the run. Through a telephone conversation, Sfeqla stated that publishing his photograph as a fugitive has ruined his life after he claims to have served his sentence. The 34-year-old has been declared on the run for more than two weeks by Regional Police in Gjilan, after having managed to escape from the police vehicle while being sent to the Pre-burg Centre.
Fugitive Isaac Sfeqla contacted Gazeta Inseder to prove his innocence. He claims that the entire case has been mounted and has not escaped from the police.
In a telephone conversation, Sfeqla accuses police who have “maru movies” by publishing his photo to him.
He claims he is outside Kosovo but does not reveal exactly where.
I took movies like I escaped. They're all about the next case. I'm out of the country. I'm asking you for the reason why I took the picture. They ruined my life, I'm a family man. I need you to talk to me about this. For nothing, I got pictures there. I don't know what these people are if they're on the train. The tits are being killed and what they were doing to cure no one, he said.
Police say he escaped from the police vehicle as he was being sent to the Pedagation Center, but otherwise claims Sfeqla.
He says the whole event has been about a fight with two police officers for a single warrant.
About a fight with two cops during my arrest after a warrant. I've been courted. I had to go, but now I've got the photo”, he said.
As he says he's got a prison sentence saying “zero, I'm zero.
I've been in prison and I've left a total zero am. I'm not running from law or state. They ruined my life”, he said.
Who is Isaac Sfeqla, and what is suspected of?
The 34-year-old who was declared at large after being detained on November 22nd on the “Hage Zeka” street in Pristina, as it was on the list of persons wanted for an earlier case. He was detained until a police unit was patrolling in that part, with cases following the verification proved to be active by the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
But during the arrest, the 34-year-old allegedly had threatened police officials, saying they would see who he is when he gets out of jail. After the police proceedings were completed, the State Prosecutor had issued a ruling that day that the suspects were appointed the detention measure during the 48-hour term and later applied for detention.
But after the security measure was handed down to him by the Court, police officials failed to send him to the detention centre after he fled before their eyes. So the suspect was in the hands of the police just for two days after he managed to disappear again, enjoying freedom on the run.
