Police come up with details about Sokol Halil suicide.

In connection with the case of the serious murder on November 30th, 2022, in the KKUK court in Pristina, Kosovo Police with its investigative and operational units, in co-ordination with the State Prosecutor, have been working intensively to locate and apprehend the suspected person.

Based on intensive investigations and operational-esthetial actions, today, on December 02nd, 2022, around 13:45 police units have managed to locate the whereabouts of Kosovo's male suspect, Sokol Halili, the 1991 birth year that was located in the village of Davidovc in the Shtime municipality.

Kosovo police with relevant units have undertaken all necessary police actions, including security measures in this location, as well as applied negotiating measures with the suspected person to enable the same handover.

Despite all the measures taken and the attempt to negotiate, by the unit and the police competents the same has not surrendered, and with the fire gun has committed the act of suicide.

In terms of the case, further actions from the relevant police units, including the country's examination of the event, as far as the Kosovo Prosecutor and Police Inspectorate have been informed of further procedures.
