This has become known in the Office's 10th report on the participation of victims in the Process.
However, not all of these people who claim to be victims of the Kosovo Liberation Army have been admitted, for various reasons.
The Office for Victims Attendance, in its report, has recommended that only four of these people be accepted as participating victims in the process.
And for six of them He has enjoined their refusal.
“Zyra estimates that six applicants ] victims-1/05/06, victims 149/06, Victim-1606, Victim-271/06, victims-272/06, and victims-273/06 have not demonstrated enough in the prima facie, given the fact that the events described in their demands from which they claim have suffered damage fall within the material, long-term and geographical fields of charges, as described in the revised Aktacuza. As a result, The VPO recommends to the judge of the preliminary procedure that he refuse these applicants to participate as victims in procedure”, the Office says in question.
The office in question also says that seven of these persons have sought protection measures, while three have not submitted any requests.
Otherwise, two years have already passed since the arrest of Kosovo Liberation Army leaders.
Since then, they have denied any request for freedom.
