“Representatives of the Democratic Party of Kosovo hold on Friday (morrow) The media conference, before the Constitutional Court of Kosovo”, says the report.
A week ago, Mayor PDK, Memli Krasniqi, warned it would send the Law for Public Officials to Constitutional.
Krasniqi said this Law also conflicts with the obligations Kosovo has made to the European Union through the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (MSA) and European principles for public administration.
“As a result, this law has only one goal: violating the perspiration and contribution of honest public officials, the government Kurti aims to destroy everything that has been achieved so far and pave the way for mass employment of party militants, as a method to bring the state under the control of the Vetevendosje Movement. However, in the face of these unconstitutional trends, the Democratic Party of Kosovo will not stand back. We will challenge him and send him to the Constitutional Court, where, trusting in justice, we expect his indisputable fall of”, Krasniqi wrote on Facebook.
