PDK seeks Haxhi's resignation: Case samples “Dehari” lost in the hands of minister

Gruda said this resignation would pave the way for an independent investigation of this case and that ministers are not heads of ministries to report the scandals, but to work legally.

“The PDK has been following media reports and Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu's statement on the disappearance of samples for the case “Dehari”, at the Legal Medicine Institute, near the Ministry of Justice. The removal of samples is the direct responsibility of Minister Albulen Haxhiu, who heads the Justice Ministry, where the Institute is located. When samples are eliminated, justice is damaged and the white light is unable. The PDK seeks the immediate resignation of Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, as the chief and director of the Ministry of Justice, to which the Legal Medicine Institute” operates, he said.

The PDK says it suspects that Haxhiu, wanting to cover up her disability, is manipulating the situation and evidence.

“Rasti Dehari”, is a truly tragic case, the dawn of which, until the slightest detail, is the state duty for which we have asked to work on a continuous basis. It has been clear to us since the beginning that, the ruling party, Vetevendosje Movement, has never intended to clear the truth of this case, but to use it for its political battles. Unfortunately, the political use of this case is continuing even now when they are in power and have all state mechanisms in their hands to make the truth of this case worse. After more than two years of government and zero advancement in the case “Dehari”, we doubt that Minister Haxhiu is willing to cover her inadequacies, but also in the inability to provide undeniable facts to prove another truth about this case, is manipulating the situation and”, Gruda stressed.

Gruda said the Kurti Government has also seized the Legal Medicine Institute by leaving it with duty advisers, so the missing <x0->mones of the case Dehari are the direct and undeniable responsibility of Justice Minister”.

This is actually the Government, led by Albin Kurtin and Albulen Haxhiun, who have assigned it and left the Law Medicine Institute with Bridgers. As have many other institutions, the Kurti Government has captured and is controlling the Law Medicine Institute. Therefore, lost samples of the Dehar case today are the direct and undeniable responsibility of the justice minister. Therefore, I repeat, the resignation of the Justice Ministry is the minimum it has to do in this case, to pave the way for an independent and fair investigation to whiteen the truth until the end of these samples are inexplicably eliminated”, he said.

According to the PDK, the dawning of the Astrit Dehar case has never been a priority and commitment of Minister Haxhiu, but only manipulation and political use on its part.

The question that should be put to Minister Haxhiu today is this: How is it that in such a priority and important case for you, which was also a political cause, you have allowed in the institution that is dependent on you and in this case, to lose the crolitative samples for the whiteling of the case? One thing is clear. The withdrawal of the Dehar case is proven to have never been Albulen Hadziu's priority and commitment, but, unfortunately, only political manipulation and use on its part.
