The PDK does not participate in President's annual speech: It's failed and it's unsanitary.

The Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo will not be part of the organised session for President Osmani's annual speech, because it considers to be entirely farce and without any content.

Parliamentary Group The PDK considers that today's organisation of President Vjosa Osmani's annual speech, in front of the Parliament's deputies, is another show of power, through formal pre-Kover reporting rules, to cover the president's failure to work.

The PDK, it considers that the uninhibited, highly polarising and divisive language of President Osmani, or the silence when it is forced to serve every citizen for fear of not being reconciled to its political partner, are typical examples of a person who is not a creditor to exercise the state duty that is currently enjoying.

According to this opposition party, the examples for this are numerous, including those of interventions in household employment, political dismissals and non-support of workers in the education sector, health care sector and civil servants.

Parliamentary Group The PDK estimates that unless it were the unprogressive trend of this power to produce such disgusting performances that perhaps this event had been good to organise at Vetevendosje offices in front of the activists of this party, not before the deputies of the Republic.

For a year, the first state has been in service to the first and against deputies of the Republic of Kosovo, and not only.

We only remember some of President Osmani's actions against the independent institutions of the Republic: Mrs. Daka, has silent and protected the most scandalous cases such as Martin Berisha's, it has not been transparent either during its declaration of wealth, has not defended the interests of unions and citizens, has not made the only effort to install social and institutional dialogue in Kosovo. International friends have behaved arrogantly and have not even established diplomatic relations internationally. At the national level, Albania has behaved as a party challenger, thus failing to represent the brotherhood of Kosovo and Albania. Mrs. Osmani, despite the fact that she herself is a woman, has not taken a single step towards empowering the leadership of women in Kosovo, rather among them has caused divisions, advancing only women of power and her fan party GUXO”, the community of this party said.

The PDK- says the president has never raised a voice for local and international justice. In its competencies, it has not acted for security. For the North and the citizens there he didn't get time to visit, except while he was in a campaign for LVV, etc.

For these and many other reasons known to citizens, The PDK refuses to participate in this session. /Periscopi/
