The PDK has said they will be part of the meeting, but that their position is known to oppose delaying elections in northern Mitrovica, Zvecan, Leposaviq and Zubin Potok.
While the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo has rejected Osman's invitation.
Periscop has tried to contact the LDK, but so far there is no complaint from this party.
President Osmani has invited all political parties to the meeting at 2:30.
Part of this meeting will not be the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, as they favour delaying elections.
