Two suspects: A. B. and N.K.S. (Citizen officials) are allegedly involved in the criminal offence of the official position or authority.
The suspect R.H., on the other hand, allegedly committed criminal acts “legalisation of false content”, “falsification of documents” and “Maridation”.
The case has been handled under suspicion that a property has been illegally changed.
The suspects have been interviewed and ruled by the prosecutor, R.H., has been sent to police detention for up to 48 hours, while the case will be continued in regular procedure against the other two suspects.
