Montenegro's Special State Prosecutor Arrested

Chagenovic, performing the special prosecutor's post between 2020 and 2022, allegedly committed the criminal work of creating the criminal organisation and several criminal acts of misuse of the official position.

“State Special Prosecutorship will inform the public of its further actions and the state of procedure. Presenting innocence and their public declaration of the procedure is under way, not violating other rules of procedure and the rights of the person against whom the procedure is carried out, State Prosecutor Vukas Radonjic has said.
