The protest has been called by “Crisis headquarters from northern Kosovo”.
Numerous citizens have been seen participating in this protest, while many cars have been seen en route to the location where protests are being held.
Also, several buses, whose license plates are in Belgrade, have been seen along the road.
Kosovo police are reported to this protest, the same have said that according to official duty they will take care of maintaining public order and calm, as well as assigned tasks under the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
Numerous vehicles have been seen along the main road, which leads to the village of Rudare, where the first barricades to prevent circulation to proceed to Lesaviqi are placed.
Numerous citizens, some on foot, and some with vehicles are already ready where the announced protest will be held today, which will begin by 12 o'clock.
Kosovo police today appealed for increased caution in this protest, and called for calm protest.

Kosovo police have announced that police commitments have already been made to provide security to citizens, as well as to become the company of police measures that confirm the situation and developments in the country's north.
“Today, in northern Mitrovica, has been warned to hold a protest/unillusion, so in this regard the Kosovo Police recognise the right to public gatherings through peaceful protest, according to the official task of maintaining public order and calm, as well as the tasks defined under the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo” -- reported at Kosovo Police's announcement.
The same has appealed that given the fragile security circumstances and situation created by criminal groups in the north of the country and the tendency to destabilise the situation, citizens have increased attention and caution along the way of this protest, to protest calmly and not to succumb to possible provocations of whatever nature they may be.
