T7 reports that the case occurred near the barricade located in Caber.

In a published video, there are masked people.

Otherwise, Prime Minister Albin Kurti has spoken about the situation in the north of British prestige “The Guardian”, where he said barricades can be tolerated much longer, but that removing them could cause casualties.

Kurt has said that they want to be as careful as possible in this regard to ensure that there will be destabilisation.

Our “ [is] that removing these barricades cannot exclude victims. And that's why we want to be as careful as possible to make sure there's no destabilizing and that peace and security are in place. However, this violation of legitimacy and constitutionality cannot be allowed forever. So, yes, this has to end, the sooner the better”, Kurt said.

Kurti has said that the United States and the European Union agree on removing barricades, but that they too are concerned about how this situation will be used.

“The EU-US all agree that barricades must be removed. But they are also concerned about how this can be used and abused by Belgrade. I think the concern of our Western partners and friends is Belgrade's ties to Moscow. We don't know how they can become operational in case of increasing tensions, toward escalation of north-x1>, Kurti has declared.

Interior Affairs Minister Xhelal Svecla has stated on Saturday that the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo have all capacities to remove the barricades and in co-ordination with our international partners are praising the situation for adequate response.

Any moment spent under the impasse of barricades set up by armed and criminal groups is excessive. The institutions of the Republic of Kosovo have all the capacities to remove the barricades, and in co-ordination with our international partners are assessing the situation for response”, Svecla wrote.

Meanwhile, a week ago, Prime Minister Kurti said KFOR has asked them for little time to remove the barricades and that they are waiting.

Kurti said he believes this is the best possible way to resolve the situation.

“KFOR is taking little time to get this job done quickly and we are waiting. If our wait for KFOR is soft, let it be called softness. But for the good of the answer, I believe we're still choosing the best possible path”, Kurt said at a news conference after the Security Council meeting.

Kurt had considered road blocking unacceptable until he said that it should be repeated in the future.

He has called on KFOR to ensure freedom of movement for all.

We call once again on KFOR to guarantee freedom of movement. KFOR) in Kosovo is for a safe and secure environment, which includes freedom of movement indiscriminately. Blocking the movement, blocking public roads with heavy vehicles to prevent freedom of movement, by criminal gangs shooting at our police and EULEX police, not only is it unacceptable, but it also has to be inconsistent always in the future. So we're waiting for”, Kurt said. /
