The CEC has announced that today (April 18th) at 09 o'clock, the draw of lots for ranking political subjects on the ballot of the December 18th extraordinary elections for the chairman of the four municipalities are organised: Northern Mitrovica, Zvecan, Zubin Potok and Leposaviq, as well as early elections on December 25th for the Zvecan and Leposaviqi Municipal Assembly.
