Members of EULEX, the European Union's mission to rule of law, have arrived at the scene.

According to local health centre information, an employee of the Henderson company, who carries money for the needs of banks, has been injured in the incident.
Serb members who worked in the Kosovo Police have abandoned this institution in early November, as a sign of dissatisfaction with a Kosovo Government decision to reregister Serbian license plates at the RKS Republic of Kosovo.
Besides the Kosovo Police, local Serbs have abandoned other local and central institutions in Kosovo.
The international community has warned that such a decision has created vacuum that could exacerbate the security situation.
Two days after the destruction of Kosovo Central Election Commission facilities in northern Mitrovica and Zubin Potok, also Serb-run municipalities, reports the incident in Leposavic.
Elections for northern municipalities are scheduled for 18 December.
The elections in four municipalities in the Serb-run north of Mitrovica North, Zubin Potok, Zvecan's Leposaviq have been declared after their mayors have also resigned due to the Targa decision.
Serbia's list of Serbs in Kosovo, which with the support of official Belgrade, led these municipalities ʹ opposes these elections.
The United States has estimated that, currently, there are no conditions for holding elections in northern Kosovo on December 18th.

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said that with the intensifying of attacks in the north, there will be increased police presence in this part of the country.
Kosovo authorities have charged “criminal groups” with attacks in the north, saying they “are paid and headed by Serbia” for the incidents in northern Kosovo.
