She has said it remains unclear when this law will take effect.
There are degrees for certain categories. This becomes more scandalous when the law states that the currency value of the coefytor will be decided with the budget law. The budget law has passed and no amount has been defined. If this law is voted today, when will it come into force? If it's voted today it's due to be published in the official newspaper this year, it goes into effect on February 1st. But how the minister of finance has seen the cofficiency determine whether to bring the budget law back to the convent without becoming the distribution of tools or how. So it is unclear when this law will enter into force”, she said.
Bajrami has added there must be a basic cofficiency. While he has declared that the law lacks for police and several other categories.
It has requested clarification on the value of cofficiency, law enforcement and wages, and has stated that without these clarifications, the LDK will not support the Law on Salaries.
“Page of public officials will never be known how much will be next year because a government decision has remained subject. We have proposed it in the Commission, but no opposition administration has been voted in. Such things never happened in the history of the Parliament. This law leaves much to be desired for police, medical faculty, correctional service. Internal audiences whose salaries are affected for about 45% have been damaged. Many shortcomings that were voted into the Law for Public Officials will be reflected in this law. Today's honoured prime minister is best to clarify with the finance minister and give us an answer on when this law will come into force when you'll set the cofficient's monetary value and make sense that public sector salaries are moving year after year. Without addressing these issues we are sorry, but we cannot give support to this law”.
