MPs from this party have been seen in the Assembly Hall, where Osman's address is expected to begin in a few minutes.
Two other opposition parties, The AAKA PDK has said they will not participate in the session.
The Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo will not be part of the organised session for President Osmani's annual speech, because, as he said, he considers it to be entirely a farce and without any content.
There's another show of power, so through formal pre-Kover reporting rules, it will cover the failure of the President's work. The ununified language, the highly polarizing and divisive language of President Osmani, or the silence when it is forced to serve every citizen for fear that he might be incompatible with his political partner, are typical examples of a person who is not a creditor to exercise the state duty he currently enjoys”.
The PDK said that for these statements there are numerous examples, “including those of interventions in the employment of family members, political dismissals and non-supporters in the education sector, health and civil servants”.
Parliamentary Group The PDK estimates that” were it not for the unprincipled tendency of this power to produce such disgusting performances that perhaps this event had been good to organise in Vetevendosje offices in front of the activists of this party, not before the deputies of the Republic”.
Even AAKA has said it will participate, saying Osman has failed in fulfilling its unifying tasks.
“President Osmani has failed to fulfill her obligations as president of the country to represent the unity of the people. In most cases, he is serving the prime minister, in the function of his agenda. Therefore, the AAK Parliamentary Group refuses to participate in addressing the president of the Republic of Kosovo”, have declared by the AAK.
