The chairman of the Montenegrin Association in Kosovo, Lazar Radulovic, has been appointed Monday as second adviser to the new Minister for Communities and Kthim in Kosovo Government, Nenad Rashic.
At the same time, he claims, this Tuesday has officially resigned from the mayor's position.
“With the appointment yesterday in the position of Minister for Committee Affairs Minister Nenad Rasic, and due to conflict of interest, I am resigning from the position of chairman of the Montenegrin Association “Lovcen”, Radulovic has announced in a statement.
He added that his associates would continue on the same path and fight for the defined goals since the founding of the association, which he has managed so far.
Even the head of the Kosovo Serb European Movement, Rada Trajkovic, has been appointed as political adviser to the newly appointed Minister for Communities and Kthim, Nenad Rasic.
Last week, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti had named Nenad Rasicı, Minister for Communities and Kthim in the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on Thursday.
Rasic takes over Goran Rakic, who had resigned from the minister's position.
On the other hand, the appointment in question has not welcomed the Serbian List.
Rasic's appointment as minister without the consent of Serbian deputies, according to the Serbian List, is unconstitutional.
“Concretically, with this appointment, Albin Kurti has violated Article 96, paragraph 5 of the Constitution, where it says that the appointment of a minister from the ranks of the Serbian people, who are not deputies, should be consented to the majority of Serbian deputies, whom Albin Kurti has not, nor Rassic has the support of our deputies”, says in the reaction of the Serbian List.
Even the European Union, the appointment of Serbian politician Nenad Rasic, as minister for Communists and Kthim in the Government of Kosovo, on the part of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, has described him as unconstitutional.
