Mesar Selimaj for Kosova Prees stated that for the plague on the feet of the elderly, from the very beginning they have suspected that it is burning, but as he added, it has been rejected by “Orenda”. According to Selimaj, from the home of the elderly it has been denied, saying that the elderly have disease and that it is not burning.
Lawyer Selimaj for Kosova Preris points out that from the findings made by the Law Medicine Institute in Pristina, claims that skinburning in the left leg of the injured has been proven, “due to the local high temperature thermal action, such as heated fluids, consistent injuries and treatment on the 04.11.22 and 0820, which proved to be caused about 7-14 days ago.
The lawyer of the elderly family, added, has also been ascertained of subcurerial bleeding, exhumation and skin dehydration, caused by mechanical action of the strong tool or body crash at a strong object.
This report rejects all the claims of the house -- Orrenda -- and its attempt to acquit itself and delegate the blame only to nurses”, Selimaj added to Kosovas.
Kosovo has contacted the home of the elderly “Orenda” in Pec on this issue, but received no answers.
Otherwise, the physical assault on the elderly in Pec occurred on November 2nd. Three nurses suspected of violating the elderly at the home of the elders in Pec have been assigned a month-long detention measure. Defendant A. P, A.R. and R. The Supreme Court, on November 25th, has released the three nurses suspected of physically attacking the elderly in Pec. Supreme Court spokeswoman Antigona Uka-Lupou confirmed the news about Kosovo. “Regarding your questions, we inform you that the Supreme Court Court's Court College has accepted it as the basis for the protection of defendant A.R.'s defender, attorney Blerim Ademi.”, has announced.
In this case, there have been numerous reactions, as well as protests, until the home of the elderly “Orrenda”, where the attack has occurred, has been removed.
