She said the title of the Swiss media news sounded like “a lot of noise for nothing”.
Kusari announced that the American organisation “Cuncil dor Incilusive government”, along with the MPJ and Switzerland for the second time, has organised meetings between representatives of Kosovo and Serbia.
She said these meetings are known as “The Solloturk Process” and that they are held in 2015.
Kusari said these meetings are not secretive, nor negotiations, until he added that “those are the most critical communication of the parties in the” dialogue.
“They are more of a history of communication to parties in dialogue. Meetings are organised to help in dialogue and are held according to the principle of “Chatham House rules”. The title published by the Swiss newspaper NZZ, “Secret Meeting” is sensational, while there is nothing sensational during the meetings. From Kosovo, all Albanian parliamentary parties and Serb representatives are participants, position and opposition”, Kusari wrote.

Dear media,
Dear citizens,

To clarify once again, the American Council for Incillators government, in support of the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organises the second round meetings, between political representatives from Kosovo and Serbia.
The meeting in the process, which is known as “The process of Solutron” has been held since 2015.
The name Sollourn is the name of the small town in Switzerland where the first meeting has been held and others have continued to be held.
Meetings aren't secrets and no negotiations.
More than that are the fascist communication of parties in dialogue. Meetings are organised to help in dialogue and are held according to the principle of “Chatham House rules”.
The title published by the Swiss newspaper NZZ, “Secret Meeting” is sensational, while there is nothing sensational during the meetings.
From Kosovo, all Albanian parliamentary parties and Serb representatives are participants, position and opposition.
As for discussion and conclusion from meetings, they are public, published on the CIG website, including the meeting that received publicity, the date of 11-12. November!
