Elvis Hoxha, who late was also Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti's adviser, says Lajcak is not an EU representative, as is officially known, but a representative of Serbia's state.
“Goon Lajcaku to convince Vucic to come to Tirana for Summit”, writes Hoxha, alluding to the earlier reports of Vucic that I will not participate in the EU summit in Tirana, in protest of the mild reaction he says the EU had it when Kurti appointed Nenad Rasic, minister for Communists and Kthim.
They have to beg for it. And Lajcak plays the game well. He goes and prays and promises that he is always the representative of Serbia, not of the EU”, Hoxha writes.
He considers that the EU does not have adequate representatives, so he suggests their change.
“
In fact, Lajcak continues his visit to Pristina, and the reason -- as EU spokesman Peter Stano has explained -- is to arrange a future meeting of leaders in Brussels, in hopes that the crises have already passed and talks can begin on the final deal under the Franco-German proposal.
But, Hoxha, as it says in status, doubts that.
It's not the first time Hoxha and other VV exhibits have this disk in relation to European or American officials.
philosopher Hoxha and others within the VV, such as Hysamedin Feraj, are constantly engaged in creating doubts about Western access, when they are most critical of Kurti, or the Kosovo government.
Lajcak goes to Vuciqi in Serbia today, unknown when he comes to Kosovo
