I'm curious to find out who that prosecutor is who makes that request and that preliminary court who made that decision, Kurti said.
Former Serbian police officer Dejan Pantic, who is suspected of assaulting Kosovo Police and Municipal Election Commissions in the north, has been changed measures from detention to home arrest, the Constitutional Court in Pristina has confirmed.
