At a joint meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi and Minister of Internal Affairs Xhelal Svecla, discussed close co-operation between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, NATO Peacekeeping Forces in Kosovo (KFOR) and the E Mission ULEX, within their mandates. It was also talked about the actions of criminal structures in the north of the Republic of Kosovo, which seriously violate security in the country.
The joint conclusion from this meeting is that freedom of movement must be restored and that there should be no barricades on any road.
During the meeting, they agreed on the continuation of close institutional co-operation and co-ordination of actions, in the service of peace and security for all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, which is the goal and common priority of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, KFOR and EULEX.
Professionalism, caution and courage were highlighted by the Kosovo Police, in maintaining security and public order throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
