Kurti blames the Prosecutor and Judiciary for the murder of women, calls “the unfair system”

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has directly blamed the Prosecutor and Judiciary for cases of violence and women's murder. He has stated that the institutional response to the cruel crimes of inhumane treatment against women should be unstoppable. Kurti at the Council for Democracy and Human Rights said this fight for women's survival within the walls of the house is the war of society, the state's struggle in support of women and girls.

“Passive procedure and inefficient judiciary are among the main causes of this reality where women's murder is simply repeated news and there is no actual state over two days. The system of injustice that reacts rapidly and effectively when it comes to their individual benefit does not serve this state and society. The lack of professionalism that translates into motivated and motivated decisions, unreasoned delays due to lack of accountability mechanisms, politicisation of the judicial system that was made openly by past governments, produce victims; produce rapists; produce abusers; and convey the message that everything else, including the exercise of justice, comes in treatment after satisfying and meeting personal interests”, Kurti said.

The prime minister has declared that obstacles to the justice system will not stop efforts to avoid cases of violence against women.

None of these obstacles will stop our momentum from making sure there is no more. No action will go unpunished. I want this sentence to be heard and understood well by all, by those who threaten and abuse their wives, by those who justify them, and those who don't treat them properly or forget about the reasoning of the accumulated jobs. Not one more”, Kurti said at the meeting of the Council for Democracy and Human Rights, which was held this afternoon at the invitation of President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani-Sandriu.
