I welcome the news of the appointment of Arben Vitita as health minister.

Health now has a political address.

But the successes in reforming the system, increasing the quality of services, remain the responsibility of all linkes and acts everywhere, both managers, NGOs, experts, politicians in position, even those in the opposition.

Like in the past, even now, we will be together to advance reforming our fragile health system.
