Defence Minister Armend Mehaj has said that within the bilatrel co-operation with the Republic of Albania in the field of education and training, five under our officers' Professional Training Centre in Zall Herr in Albania's Advanced Subcommission Course were certified.
Mehaj points out that the Certificate of 5 of our NCOs became “along with 40 brothers and sisters, sub-commission officers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania”.
We continue as always with establishing the professionalism of our two armies”, Mehaji wrote on Facebook.
