The pipeline based this decision on the decision of the Water Services Regulatory Authority (ARRU) where the decision of March 29th 2022 was suspended.
Because the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has made the ease of epidemiological measures by Covid-19, it is considered that the situation in Kosovo in terms of the risk of pandemic has been reduced and that social and institutional activity have turned to normality as in the pre-day pandemic” - said in the statement.
