The event is reported to have occurred shortly before 1: 00 p.m. On the basis of unconfirmed information, as these officials have arrived at Zubin Potok's municipality, sirens have been issued, and a large group of citizens has gathered immediately before the KKZ facility.
This information about KoSSev has been confirmed by several people from Zubin Potok, including a municipal adviser.
As this municipal adviser claimed, police have intervened and are suspected to have also used bomb mates.
Alarm sirens were halted when election commission representatives and police left the municipality building.
In addition to the KP, there are four EULEX cars on the scene.
