Kosovo-Gravall Diplomat: I'm sorry for you, like you who're not being ashamed to disinform your opinion!

Former Kosovo diplomat Amir Haziri, who has served on diplomatic mission to Croatia this summer, has reacted to the public claims of Foreign Labour and Diaspora Minister (MPJD) Donika Gervalla Schwarz, about his office breaking scandal within the building by another official with the reason that he did not ...
Haziri had been notified by colleagues at the MPJD in the case. This was initially presented as impossible for access to the office. Diplomat Haziri had announced the case to the police. According to an Albanian Post media report, he was asked by police themselves to withdraw from the case, writes Metro newspaper.
Kosovo's top diplomat Grovalla on the Kalxo Pernime show was asked to address a scandal that was reported in August. The diplomat's closed office, Amir Haziri, was forced to open without knowing and informing the official that he was on a free medical vacation approved by the MPJDić administration.

Minister Gervalla on Thursday in this show had presented the case as nothing extraordinary, claiming that what was abnormally medical holiday from diplomat Haziri.
There were no breaking offices in the foreign ministry. There has been a single case when a foreign affairs ministry official has gone off for months without pay, his office has left him closed, he has not handed him over to his colleague and we need offices that are not the official's private property. The offices are within the foreign affairs ministry and should be exploited. There was no breach. There the door was opened, the commission made the recording consciously that they were. On the contrary, the offense is how it can go on for months free and not feel it necessary to do his job and deliver...” Asked whether there is a disciplinary process for the officer who has gone with a key from Jarra, the minister said that “ai is on a free break when he comes back from the break, we will see how the case will be”. Haziri was dismissed by MPJD at the end of August, along with several other officials.

In the case of the break-up of Amir Haziri's office covering the department for the region at the ministry, Chief Diplomat Donika Grovalla had declared the same claim before the parliamentary commission in November.
There was no violent access to the office, but there was once an office of an official who did not hand over the keys. I can't stay in the office for months without being used, while the official has received a free vacation”, Gervalla said, even adding that “such a thing is perfectly normal and done with everyone else”. It is not the private office, it is the ministry's office, made it available to perform certain tasks. Hence, it is not violent introduction. There's an official's office that's on break, because we needed the” office.
In response to Thursday's statement by Minister Gervalla, former diplomat Haziri has reacted with a letter asking for clarification to the diplomatic chief of her claims. It lists several differences in its declaration by attaching documents to them.
His full letter is next:
Minister, I'm sorry about you. How are you ashamed to disinform your opinion?
For the sake of broad opinion, I am forced to respond to the truth, since today I heard Mrs. Swartz, where I adhere to a part of her interview on Channel 10.
On July 28th, I've been notified by an MPJD colleague who broke my office, shortly after this briefing I've gone to the MPJD, as I'm only about 10 minutes away from this ministry, as I've insisted on meeting my director, the administration and secretary for clarification. But that did not happen!
I turned to the police that same day to ask for help from what happened, but even from the police and prosecutors I still have a reaction.
Minister during the interview stressed that “zyra is not the official's private property! The official has not left a copy of the key. And you also claimed that the disciplinary commission would deal with me as soon as I got back from rest!!
Minister, as long as you state that the MPJD office is the property of the ministry and it's not the official's, I'm asking them public questions:
1. How is it possible for you as an institution not to have the key copy (where by rules there is always in the administration the copy of office keys), because that key and lock has been changed by the administration, not me in private?
2. Minister, how many times have I been contacted by one of your MPD subordinates (through enamel or phone) to come and release the office because it took you space at this time a month before I got back to the workplace?
3. Minister, are you aware that on September 1st, 2022, I was presented at the workplace as I had been following the suspension approved by the Ud. Secretary to this date, and every day I tried to meet the secretary for follow-up procedures, and that was impossible until September 14th, when in the MPJD corridors I realized that you left me a decision and you followed me from the Ministry since August 31st 2022!
4. Minister, what disciplinary commission did you talk about last night when you had me illegal? Me and many other esteemed colleagues!
5. Minister, why are you lying to the opinion you've created on the office opening? You know, to open an office with a spare key is a protocol and procedure, but in that case you can accomplish your goals... but you've entered directly with vandalism ordering you, carried out Secretary Behar Isma with the Administration Director Ragip Zamenu!
6. Minister, you also needed the official computer without downloading the data, where I'm not fired from that computer yet!
7. Minister, last night you said your office was required, but how many months you're still holding the privates I've had in my office and you haven't returned to me. Minister and family photos!
8. Minister, I'm not a criminal since 2005, I've been in institutions and I've made a small contribution to this country! So, through this public letter, I urge competent bodies to handle the case and dawn the truth and at the same time stop this filthy persecution that you ministers are making against me and your colleagues! ”
He has highlighted some controversy with the course of events as described by the minister. The lack of keys was one claim, when it's known to have certain protocols in these cases, which he didn't say. Haziri's out there asking the question, how come he didn't have a spare key in the administration. He added the ironic question of how difficult it would be to call on the phone about it in advance.
Haziri went on, adding to another violation, which had not been announced until September 14th that he had been released from office since August 31st.

Haziri has yet to write that that office is not yet being exploited and the claim of the minister's need of space, when he has not yet been returned, even private ones as family photos.
Former diplomat Haziri ultimately demands that authorities should investigate these violations to make the truth white.
