OVL-KLA Chairman Faton Klinkaku's task officer has warned protests in the Kosovo Assembly Court if the bill removing veterans from the minimum wage will come up for second reading.
In an interview for the Economy, Klonaku has said that the branches of this organisation have been informed and that at the moment he will be brought into the second reading session, protest will be called.
Klink has said that if the same bill passes, there will be major problems the government headed by Albin Kurti.
“We are just preparing, we have since said that our stand continues to be steadfast and we have said we will go back to protest and we are getting ready. I have announced the branches to be activated, because we will be in the courtyard of the Kosovo Assembly to reject a violation these are committing to war veterans. Even if it does, there will be problems every day, we won't let it work. As long as it violates laws, this government doesn't deserve to be, but it has to go home”, Klink said.
The head of veterans has said Prime Minister Albin Kurti has a different attitude than his predecessors. According to Klink, the government chief is not even helping veterans with rehabilitation tools.
We have since been elected prime minister, we've asked to meet with him to wish him the job and we've been waiting for several months, we've met twice, but for no result because they're not interested in becoming a solution for war veterans, and also since he's come to power, like the OVL of the NLA, he's never helped us at all, like the previous governments have helped us, but he didn't help even the war veterans, because the rehabilitation we sent to the veterans in Bani, this government has never approved a rehabilitation, even though it's been passed before, the Clinch.
As for the finance minister's statements, Iron Murati that there will be new Law for veterans, Klink calls them fraud and electoral campaign.
According to Klink, such a law cannot be made, since files and documentation are found in the Constitutional Court.
These “are campaigning electoral, are preparing the opinion to appear on second reading so that the issue of war veterans is removed from minimum wage. Their goal is only to prepare the opinion to adopt the law that veterans remove from the minimum wage, as it is defined by law. Confirmation can't do, they're talking shit because the subject is in the Court and we've sent those lists we suspect has gone through the lists, and while it's a trial process, they're just deceiving the public that they can't touch. How can the verification of war veterans be made when no files are in their offices”, he said.
This case is when we've held the protest and since we've sent the paperwork, we're not in the way of it and we're not against any law if it's done in favor of war veterans, but it's only intended to cheat, because this case can't be done until there's no file. No law is at all, just cheating”, Klink put it away.
