At this meeting, which starts at 7: 00 a.m., the heads of Kosovo institutions, justice institutions and representatives of civil society have been invited.
This meeting comes after the killing of 35-year-old pregnant H.M., which was killed two days ago by its former husband, Sokol Halili, in front of the Gynecology Clinic in Pristina.
