The country's prime minister, Albin Kurti and opposition party leaders; the chairman of the country, attended this solemn reception. PDK, Memli Krasniqi, LDK member Lumir Abdijxhiku and the first of the AAK, Ramush Haradinaj, US Ambassador to Kosovo Jeff Hovenier, Ministry of Industry, Trade Minister Roseta Hajdari, Education Minister Arberie Nagavci, and deputies of various parties and religious and cultural personalities.
The Bishop of Diocese Prizren-Pristina, My Lord Dode Gjergji, has congratulated the Christmas holiday on all in attendance, congratulating peace before the conflict.
I wish you really to have peace and joy in your hearts, in your families and most of all in Kosovo. We hope that no conflict will come before peace is realized, because peace is necessary, there is no alternative, and we must all be valuable workers, preserving peace in the country, and achieving reconciliation with all living with us”, George said.
