He says that current power has not given due attention to this field.
“Initially health is very complex is one of the most significant impacts is one of the sectors that creates the most social uncertainty in people and one of the reasons people seek to move me from Kosovo that is negative and is particularly disturbing recently. This is what should have particular significance in any government not today, but also in the future there must be vizon and strategy as I think it did not pass this strategy on this government”, he said in the 1st.
Hyseni also spoke of former Health Minister Rifat Latifi, who he estimated had no support from the executive.
According to him, Latifi is one of the most unsuccessful ministers since the post-war in Kosovo.
“Professor Latifi is a person I highly value even his past contribution to establishing the Medical Center... But as a minister unfortunately, it means that even when he gave up once he never had a chance to scan the real situation in Kosovo at the same time that I think it's more important he didn't have the necessary support to deal with a single problem. It's one of the most unsuccessful ministers after the war.
