Hovier strongly condemns attack on journalists in the country's north

Hovenier, in a Twitter post, has said the United States of America joins the Association of Kosovo Journalists (AGK) and the European Union, condemning the attacks on journalists in the country's north.

The UN “joins the Association of Kosovo Journalists (AGK) and the European Union Office in Kosovo, sharply condemning a series of attacks against Kosovo journalists. The media must be able to work without threats, violence and intimidation. A free and independent press is the foundation of democracy”, writes Ambassador Havenier.

Earlier, the Association of Kosovo Journalists and the European Union Office in Kosovo have condemned today's attack on journalists reporting from the country's north.

Masked persons have attacked the Kosovo Clan team in Zubin Potok, AGK reported earlier.
