The subject of this audit is the Ministry for Communities and Return (MKK), which develops and manages programmes and mechanisms to help integrate communities and their members in equal conditions, currently living in Kosovo, and to ensure the sustainable return of refugees and refugees.
During 2019-2022, approximately 20.5m euros have been spent from Kosovo's housing budget, while only the Ministry for Communities and Kthim has spent about 7m euros or 35 %s of this budget.
“audit action Economicity and efficiency in building homes for returnees” included the 2019-2022 period and contracts signed by the MKK during this period, including the assessment of needs, development of procurement procedures and contract management.
There are a total of three contracts worth over 11m euros, and seven other institutions' contracts will be addressed on price comparison issues. Comparisons will be made with prices set by other institutions.
Through this audit, the ZKA aims to provide important recommendations for improving the process of economic housing construction and better management. /Periscopi/
