Average inflation in October 2022, compared to October 2021, has reached 12.7%. But averages sometimes distort reality. People don't buy refrigerators every day, house appliances or cars. They don't build houses every year or buy apartments. But people every day, every week or every month buy bread, milk, eggs, food oil, sugar, meat, as well as pay their energy, fill their car with oil or buy firewood for winter. Prices for these goods have risen from 20% to 56%.
