Hoti for the government's fun strategy: As a tract, turning to projects of past regimes

Former Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has said there is nothing new in “Power strategy 2022-2031”. He has said the government has wasted its time pushing several projects.
“lost two years to cancel the US gas project. Now they turn to projects launched by the “past”, including (1) the gas plant, (2) the Energy Stock Exchange with Albania, or (3) the integration of the power grid with the region”, wrote Hoti on Facebook.
He said the planners wrote it like a tract.
“Objectives in this strategy are written as if for promotional tracts for energy savings, not targets for state strategies indicating: how much capacity, how much investments will cost, and how they will cover”, Hoti said.
Kosovo is facing an energy crisis, where even for this winter reductions have been warned.
