Hoti for the government's fun strategy: As a tract, turning to projects of past regimes

He has said the government has wasted its time pushing several projects.

He said the planners wrote it like a tract.

“Objectives in this strategy are written as if for promotional tracts for energy savings, not targets for state strategies indicating: how much capacity, how much investments will cost, and how they will cover”, Hoti said.
