For this, Hoti cited the time when he was in charge of the Government, he was co-ordinated with the United States for delaying Kosovo's application for membership in international organisations, writes Periscopi.
Hoti said the decision to postpone elections has no constitutional basis, but that this decision came as a result of the US request.
