Haradinaj's Gucati case hearing held

Following request from Haradinaj's defence, expressed in the correct version of the complaint, the Appeals Panel has issued an order by which it has scheduled the session in the above dates.
The case has to do with criminal acts against administration of justice, according to Article 15502 of the Law for Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office. According to the indictment, at least between September 7th and 25th 2020, Gucati and Haradinaj, chairman and deputy chairman of the Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans' Association, respectively, uncovered without authorisation protected information from the Specialised Chambers Law, among which identifying data of several possible witness”, it is said in the announcement of the Specialised Chambers.
The act was declared on May 18, 2022. The two accused were convicted and sentenced to four and a half years in prison and a 100-euro fine each.
