Haradinaj: The DA apologize for humiliating behavior

Former deputy chairman of the Association of Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Nasim Haradinaj, has spoken before The Hague's Appeals Panel and sought release from the indictment, as well as a request by the Special Prosecutor. Haradinaj has said he and Hysni Gucati have signaled to leak documents allegedly to be the Office [...]
He has demanded that nothing remain a mystery in this case but to explain how the documents originated, who released the documentation, and who sent them to the offices of the organisation.
Mr. Holling, if you're honest, admit that your Chiefhiing earlier said a big lie, which has no question, there are many questions and some surprising points. We really want to be lighted up here because when they're white, we don't personally connect anything to the heads of this work, so we have to be completely relieved of the indictment and the prosecutor to apologize for abusive, degrading, immoral and unwarranted behavior on human judicial grounds”, Haradinaj said.
During his speech, Haradinaj has led criticism, according to him, of nonprofessional prosecutorial work as well as of the jury's bias.
“I believe that we have carried out the most devout duty as a citizen of Kosovo, in terms of public interest, but also of the international interest where signaling for the meaningless flows from this incident, where we have also informed the SPS offices and their investigators in Kosovo by preserving a copy for them, the ZPS gave itself 24 hours to get that material because it did not hurry to get in early<1>, he said.
He has deemed the trial against them a typical example of a political prosecutor and insulting.
This process as such will be the most typical example of a political prosecutor and an insult to justice itself in this new century, but also a typical example of how justice should not be done. Honored appellate bodies, I'm saying hypothetically that we wouldn't announce what came to us or at all we wouldn't even deal with that material, which would be the benefit of that, would the course of Milosevic's strategic lies change, so this would have made it right to those who are not trying to make the case white. So we were in position before the act committed”, he said.
Haradinaj has said that during the entire process, he has seen the tendency by the prosecution to flee from responsibility and, according to him, conceal their mistakes and lack of professionalism.
According to Haradinaj, the court court that pronounced his sentence against him and Gucatt, was party to the prosecution.
That jury was openly a party to the prosecution and cooked the dough for such an arbitrary decision, and the purpose was to condemn us. After it was said early, just after our arrest, that is, at an ambassadorial conference, we were said to be guilty, then the court was obliged to make the sentence actually committed because such a decision was needed for SPS estimates. So I am convinced that this process was carried out according to order by having the force of bias and the right of no account for anyone, he said.
Former Vice President of O The VL-KLA has said this process should be completed by clarifying the truth that, according to him, is the discovery of how the documents originated and sent to the organisation's offices.
I've experienced these trials in the '80s in the former communist Yugoslavia. I've been very honest and I've never concealed my opinion, about this kind of prosecutor, and that's right of mine even if it might be some prejudice, but I'm telling you honestly that all the things I've thought about this ever happened until the day of my arrest I added to him what I said even during the court processes, with the actions that this prosecutor has done and continues to do during this time as I am here to prove to me the points I've said to you, Haradin said.
That's when the former O heads ended. The VL-KLA has appealed the guilty act pronounced in May this year, where they were sentenced to four and a half years in prison and 100 euros in fines.
They have sought to be released from all charges or to reduce the sentence.
Former heads of the Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans' Organisation have been convicted of obstructing official persons through threats, of intimidation during the criminal procedure, of violating the secret of the procedure through revealing classified information and revealing the identity of protected witnesses, while being acquitted of a provision of the indictment that is the criminal act of revenge.
At the end of the session, the chairman of the Appeals panel has said the decision will be made at the right time.
