Green has blamed Albin Kurti's government for the tensions created in the north, while not mentioning barricades imposed by suspicious criminal groups, which have sometimes attacked journalists and policemen and recently fired even near KFOR patrols.
Furthermore, Green has asked US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to place several demands on Prime Minister Kurti, dealing with the release of Serb prisoners and the failure to arrest peaceful protesters.
