In his brief address to journalists, Mitsotakis voiced support for Albania's integration into the European Union, but also other Western Balkan countries.
Asked by journalists also about normalising Kosovo-Serbia relations and their dialogue, the Greek prime minister stressed that both sides should take a step back.
“We have encouraged dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina that should be held in trust. We understand the complexity of the issue, but we are aware that this issue will be resolved and both sides should take a step back. Without solving this will be difficult to make the necessary progress”, Mitsotakis said.
