He has said the Kurti Government is not the first to try to do something for the north of Kosovo.
The “has had in the past attempts at the predictable situation”, Gorani says.
But he adds that in the end KFOR must make the solution on the ground.
“Continuously, the result is always the same, the result is always the same. Isn't it the definition of stupidity when you're constantly doing an act that's going to result in the same”, he said at T7.
Gorani has said the north of Kosovo is legally within the competencies of institutions, but there is a community, referring to the Serb who does not feel represented by the Kosovo government.
