Kosovo reduced tensions by postposing local operations. Recent Rethoric from Serbia did the oppsite. Suggiesting things to Serbian forces to Kosovo is completely impossible. So are the few officials on @ EULEXKosovo. All my support goes to the EU-led dialogue @Miroslav Lajcak.
